Please extend Joan and my condolences to Peter's family. I very much enjoyed my association with Peter on the DARPA packet satellite project in the 1970s. He was a wonderful person and a great engineer. I was very sorry to miss his induction into the Marconi Society, since I have often reflected on the productive time we had working together.
